How does BindPay work?
BindPay ensures that the payment is made if and only if the mission is 100% completed. First, the customer writes the specifications for the mission. Second, the provider completes the mission while funds are securely held. Third, if the specifications are met, the payment is released, otherwise it is refunded.
For how long does BindPay hold payments?
For every payment, we hold funds for the maximum duration of the mission which is 5 days. Then the payment is either released or refunded within 2 days. So in total, BindPay holds the funds for 7 days.
Do I need an account to send/receive a payment?
You can ask and send payments to anyone via email. They will receive an email and if they don't have an account yet, they will just need to create an account to send a payment or transfer the funds to their bank account.
How do you know when a mission is 100% completed?
At the end of the mission, the payer has 12 hours to raise a dispute. If no dispute is raised, it means that the mission has been completed. If a dispute is raised, both payer and provider can send elements to help us judge whether or not the specifications have been met.
What happens if the provider doesn't complete the mission as agreed?
If the specifications are not met, you have 12 hours after the end of the mission to raise a dispute and send the elements to prove that the specifications have not been met. Then the provider has 12 hours to respond, and we give the outcome of the dispute within 24 hours. If the dispute is valid, the payment is refunded. If the dispute is not valid, the payment is released to the provider.
Do you refund 100% if the provider doesn't complete the mission?
Yes, if the payer raises a dispute and the specifications have not been precisely met, the payer gets 100% refunded.
When are the funds released to the provider?
The funds are sent to the provider's bank account 7 days after the initial payment.

We support USD ($), EUR (€) and GBP (£).
What payment methods are supported?
We support payments with all credit cards, debit cards and Link.
What are the fees?
No fees for the payer. 5% fees for the provider.
